TRAINING SERVICES AND LOCATION:

VMT shall provide the Training Services on the Date(s) booked from this website

At any time before the Training Services are due to commence, VMT may by notice alter the Training Location but only up to 14 days of the booked date.

 

TRANSFERS, CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT:

VMT offers a no refund policy, if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the course date 100% of the course fee will be charged, if outside the 14 days an alternative date will be offered if this is not agreed 100% of the course fee will be charged. VMT will aim to deliver the course as published on the website and any changes notified as soon as possible, we reserve the right to change or cancel courses and accept no consequential liability or any other claim irrespective of notice.

 

Trainees:

Delegates shall act reasonably throughout the training. VMT have the right to remove a Delegate from a course, where, in the opinion of the Trainer or assessor, which shall be final, the trainee is behaving unreasonably. no refund will be made for removed trainees.

 

CHARGES AND PAYMENT:

Payments are to be made immediately through the stripe payment system on the website

Deliberate damage to VMT Equipment will be charged to the trainee or business at cost to replace as new

 

LIABILITY AND ITS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION:

VMT is an approved by the advertised awarding bodies and our training will be at that standard VMT will not be responsible or liable for (whether direct or indirect) any loss of contracts, profits, anticipated savings, revenue, goodwill, business, loss or corruption of data or software programs, financing expenses, interruption in the use or availability of data, stoppage to other work or consequential losses, nor for any indirect losses.

 

ADVERTISING:

VMT will ask permission to use trainee photographs or feedback by signed agreement. VMT may store the names of the Delegates or clients for the purpose of advising them of the availability of further courses or reminders of expiry dates.

 

DATA PROTECTION:

The Client shall ensure that it has in place all necessary consents in connection with Personal Data to allow VMT at all times to perform the Training Services without infringing any third party rights. Information is required for correct awarding body registration and certification.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

All parties shall comply with all applicable health and safety legislation and codes of practice. Everyone is responsible for each other and themselves any breach in this could lead to dismissal from training (see Trainees)

 

FORCE MAJEURE:

Neither party shall be responsible for any failure or delay in training requirements or dates due to any force majeure event including, Act of God, Government act, fire explosion, embargo, terrorism, civil disturbance, accident, epidemics, lightning damage, electromagnetic interference, radio interference, strikes, industrial dispute, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

 

AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS:

Any amendments to these terms will be updated as soon as implemented it is advised these terms are checked frequently

 

LAW:

These terms shall be construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

 

COMPLETION OF TRAINING:

Where completion of agreed training are as agreed from booking this ends the contract unless the trainee is deemed competent for assessment, this will be on an agreed planned date in joining Instruction at booking phase, if the trainee is deemed not competent after training VMT has the right to advice further training with further cost to the client and with no liability to VMT

 

COMPLAINTS:

VMT is the training division of VMS and operates within the company’s complaints policy.
